PETRICHOR

Sweet scented petrichor

once dry, now light with rain.

Giving life, to a single seedling.

Pushing through the earth,

a single shoot of green.

Smiling at at the sun.

Sweet scented flower,

persuading busy bees.

Sharing the greatness

of life.
