Outsmart

Never outsmart the smartest, or out kid a kidder. Terry was sure why she thought that, although didn’t consider herself smart. At school she struggled, not with books or learning, but with making friends. Nobody understood the way she thought, but one day she would outsmart them.

She wasn’t sure what would happen, but being a girl, sometimes it would be impossible to show the teachers she was just as clever as the boys. Her best friend was the only person, who understood. She wanted to be a pilot – two loves flying and travel.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
