Today’s questions from https://pensitivity101.wordpress.com/2023/09/01/fibbing-friday-1st-september/1. Who fought in the Punic War? Putin and Trump, although they were like schoolchildren in a playground.
2 Who won the Cretan War? The Lions and the Romans, although the lions always had the upper paw.
3 Who wrote the book of war? Tom War, it is his life as a minister parliament.
4 What was the Gothic War about? It is about chips, some like the thick chips and some fries. Personally I like a chip.
5 Why did they have so many Crusades? They couldn’t agree on what type of crabs to serve at a barbecue.
6 What was the longest battle in history? The six day war, the person working it out, couldn’t count.
7 How long did the 100 Years war last? 100 x 12 x 60 = 1200 x 60 that’s as far as I can work out.
8 Who fought in the French and Indian War? The loaf and the naan.
9 Who was in the Battle of the Roses? Anyone who is eating chocolates at Christmas. The fight for the best tasting chocolate (strawberry) and worst (caramel)
10 How long did the 6 Days War last? All over Christmas, there was a fight because Grannie ate all the caramels and cracked her teeth on one of them. She blamed her husband, who took all the soft centres.
I’m still trying to think of an answer for the first question. You are so clever!

I hope that Grannie is able to get some prompt medical attention to prevent further damage.

Ha! Love the chocolates! You can have the strawberry creams and I’ll have the caramels as Grannie won’t be able to eat them any more! Thanks for joining in Diana
