Text always has an inferred meaning, which the writer is trying to convey to its reader.

They don’t always tell you what is going on, but they use the weather, language and structure to evoke a response from the person reading their work.

Writing, for me, has always held a special place in my heart – a bit clique I know, but the sentiment is true, or I wouldn’t take the time to write down any of my words.

Whether we write short stories, novels, poems, blogs; we can say we are writers, weaving magic with our words, creating a fictional world, where are characters live, die, or go on their own life journey.

The character I am most proud of, was a character I killed off – her name was Christine and she had flame coloured hair, and a temper to match. She helped Martha, my main character, to go on her own journey from victim to survivor.
