1. What is a French horn? The same as a British one, normally in a car, and used when the driver gets agitated.
2. What is a cornet? It is the corner of a football goal.
3. What is a clarinet? Where you put your hair when you are baking
4. What is a snare drum? When you tap your fingers on a desk; during the most stressful time of the afternoon, before you have coffee.
5. What is a viola? It is a small flower.

6. What is a double bass? A fish game, where you get points for catching double the total than your partner.
7. What is the difference between a Concert, Upright or Grand? A concert is where the banks charge on overdrafts. An upright is when you are never in the red, and a grand is the minimum amount of money allowed in your bank.
8. What is campanology? It is the art of building a tent.
9. What is a trombone? The thigh bone connects to the trombone!
10. What is timpani? A collection of saucepans owned by Tim, the talking clock.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
