No Doubts

Charlie wrapped her fingers around her dad’s silver St Christopher.

The only possession that meant more to her than the largest pot of gold. It offered love and protection; especially when her coping strategies were lost to fear.

A reminder of a dad who would always be there to keep her safe. His wise words kept the worst of life at bay, and she could recover. Start afresh. Whatever her doubts; tomorrow was another day, and her fears would pass.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
