Comments

On her post https://lifeafter50forwomen.com/author/sadje19/ gives us this Sunday Poser. Why do we comment on posts.

I’m not sure why, to be honest.

There are many posts I like; poems, stories, and sometimes just bloggers talking about their daily life. Sometimes I comment on comment on narratives that are close to what I care about, or have experience in. Sometimes it is because I find something funny (Friday Fibs).

It also depends on how tired I feel.

After a day at work, exhaustion takes over and it is just easier to like the post (quickly). It takes me some energy to comment, and it means I can look at another great post before I turn my computer off.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.

  1. Totally understandable Diana! I too when tired just read, like and move on. Making an intelligent comment needs thoughts stitched together which isn’t always the case.
