Floppy

August 15: Story Challenge in 99-words from Carrot Ranch this week and floppy ears, whether dogs or puppies are used in the story or poem.

‘You’re as floppy as puppies ears after a long run,’ Lorna said, as her husband fell asleep in front of the the television again.

‘Didn’t get a lot of sleep last night, it was too warm, and every time I got off, you turned over and woke me up.’

‘Sorry, maybe we should have stayed up and watched that film instead. At least we would have been tired. (68)

‘Maybe it will help walking Titan before we go, it’s much cooler inside.’

Titan woofed, and his ears twisted, before he walked towards them. A walk, let me get my lead.
