Alarm, my mobile loud and clear,

I close my eyes, tired, fatigued.

Can I sleep some more?

No, nightmares, rather than dreams.

Face the day, face my fears?

Family around me, I am strong.

Walk the dogs,

sunshine, rain, it helps to breathe

remember, friendship makes me fearless.
