I am a writer,

proud to write free.

A chubby unicorn;

that’s me.

I can write words,

upon a page,

they come to life,

takes me an age

to make miracles.

A character forms in my mind,

I have only my words to find.

How they can shine

upon my page.

I am a writier,

proud to write free

A chubby unicorn.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.

  1. The San Diego zoo has a really cute bunch of merchandise with “Save the Chubby Unicorn” printed on ~ and the silhouette of a rhino. My daughter bought a sweatshirt and I love it!
