Floating on celestial cloud,

Watching from above,

Making sure that I am safe,

You envelope me with love.

You are all around me,

Giving life a guiding hand,

Helping me through life’s trials,

Silent footprints in the sand.

With your arms to carry me,

Along this rocky road,

I know my feet will never touch,

You will always lighten the load.

God is there to help you,

With love as light as air,

Rushing you from place to place,

A special heart to share.

Memories are fleeting,

Yet I will never forget,

Your time upon this mortal earth,

In stone your love is set.

Everything you taught me,

I will store safely in my heart,

Then I will watch my loved ones,
