I Murdered Him

Reader, I Murdered Him.

Truth is, being a psychopath is not easy to pull off, but I do it really well. The key is watching your victim. No, I wouldn’t call it stalking. Is it my fault that Facebook is not as private as it seems. I type in a name, whether it be a woman or a man, and the choice is made.

This time it was a married man, in his forties. His posts about his beautiful Jaguar, in mint condition and his arrogance pushed out of his posts like a typical know it all. All it took was the odd comment there to pull him into my trap. I spoke about my Bentley in royal blue. I posted about selling it due to money worries.

He took the bait, ate it, and said he was interested.

All I needed to do now was meet him outside the park and his fate was sealed.

The police, I hear you say. What do they know of me? I’m not likely to leave any clues. Unless I want to that is. Think about it in this way, even a psychopath needs recognition sometimes. That is why I left the footprint, with a dusting of my garden inside. Those tech guys can do anything these days.

Now, for the next murder – Perhaps I’ll put a post about my cat; it never fails to catch my next live prey. Not that they stay live for long . . .

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
