Sneeze

Little fly, why are you stuck on my nose? My eyes are crossed, and I want to sneeze, but I am scared about hurting you. Although, It is a struggle being a tabby, when your owner says you must to lose weight. Look, it isn’t personal. The contents of my bowl has decreased into portions of an inappropriate size.

I sat there for ages, trying to convince the child to give me some crisps, and they just walked away. Why do I have to diet anyway?

I won’t eat you, because you are too small to bite. Could you do me a favour though? If you hover near their dinner, I can creep over to that plate of chicken.

Do a mate a favour, and I’ll show you where the left overs are kept.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.

  1. This is so adorable, Diana. Wish I had a picture of one of may cats with a fly. I definitely have an overweight cat, but she is black and even if she had a fly, no one could see it! I linked it to WQ this week.
