Just a note to say, you are beautiful. I get there are days when you struggle, and cannot cope with daily life. You are not to blame for what goes wrong in the world. It is beyond anyone’s control. Look around, and view the positives. A child’s smile, or wonder at the littlest flower in the garden. Seeing loved ones is the easiest way to ease devastating doubts.

Kindness starts with you.
