Tricks

Q1. Will you be playing tricks on someone seeing as it’s also April Fool’s Day? I think I would prefer a sleep in than pulling a prank. (after twelve doesn’t count).
Were you ever a victim of an April Fool’s prank? My husband said there was a naked bird, and I looked up and it was a Robin.
Q2. Will it be a normal working day for you? I am off on the school holidays, hence sleeping in when I can.
Q3. If you have children, are they of school age on Easter break, or toddlers? I visited a farm with my daughter, granddaughter, and teenage grandson. I paid extra for the Easter experience, which consisted of finding pictures of eggs, painting them, a small pair of rabbit ears and a couple of chocolates. Not sure it was worth the money. As my daughter rightly told me they have to pay for the upkeep of the animals there, so at least it was for a good cause.

I am grateful of the time spent with my grandchildren.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
