I dislike remaining still and doing nothing, so even when I am viewing the television I edit my novel, reading, or write on my website. It supports in keeping my brain engaged. I used to play games on my mobile, but I found them addictive, so don’t do that as much.
This year I want to do a GCSE Numeracy course. It is crucial to maintain our minds. Keep our brain active.
I agree, crucial indeed to stay active and engaged, and keep our brains ticking over!

I had to look up GCSE Numeracy course. That certainly would do it.
I’m looking for something to deactivate my mind. I can’t rest and usually get about 3-4 hours of sleep. Not that I do anything of worth when awake except ……
