When life explodes with stress; paint a picture, write a story, walk the dog, sing a song, go on an adventure, bake a cake, share time with (family, friends), binge watch a television show, and in that understanding we can believe we are going to be okay.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
