Wellbeing; we hold all the power.
It is crucial we step back. Whatever our genre, we easily become hyper-focused on our work. Our words; important I get that.
When we feel stressed, it is better to enjoy a break from our story, go outside (walking the dog, jumping in a puddle, building a sandcastle). A question from my Wellness Journal (I brought the other day). What did you do to relax today? mine; painting by numbers.

Walking/exercising relaxes me — as much as I can do, anyway, given my RA. But going outside and enjoying nature is the best of all.
