Sometimes we prefer to be alone, to take a break from socialising. Although there is a fine line between healthy solitude, and denying ourselves the help we need.
I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.

I hope we all know when to seek help, and when alone time is ok and not to mix up the two!
