For life to heal; self belief.

As writers we tend to be so focused on creating life, we forget to give ourselves peace of mind. It is a lonely task; writing. It is too easy to live inside our heads. We need to give the same caring nature that we show to other people.

  1. Take a coffee break.
  2. Read a book.
  3. Go for a walk.
  4. Speak with family and friends.
  5. Don’t beat yourself up, when you don’t have all the answers.
  6. Be strong, like the writer you are.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
