We should teach our children empathy, understanding and love.
Humans are all different, and some need more help than others. Whether it is a hidden disablity such as Autism, ADHD, mental illness or one you can see more easily, such as being in a wheelchair.
Nobody deserves to be mocked for being different.
I am glad my children (now adults) show that caring side.
You know I think about my daughter and the difficulties she has living so far from me and being on her own, but the one thing I have never doubted is what a good person she is. I guess it is partly how she was raised but in my eyes, no one was ever better than another except when it came to character and behavior!

I brought my children up the same way. My son always gives to those less fortunate, my daughter is known as mama bear to her friends. I am proud of them.

My daughter cooks dinner for her and three other people at least three or four days a week. She has found its saving her money because she isn’t eating out but sometimes you almost have to cook for more than one person, unless you are fond of leftovers.

It would be wonderful if the world was full of empathy, understanding and love.
