Alive

When the nature of the mind battles to keep our fears inside; we should not keep quiet. Friends, family, even strangers could help. To live within the confines of our ideas – dangerous. Overthinking stokes like petrol to a fire.

The heart that enlarges reality, kept in a loving loop of forgiveness, is rarely shut.

Being wholly alive, encountering a world where we share in our happiness. Whether it is dancing, singing, writing and creating something out of nothing but a picture. It could be something as simple as walking the dog, or making a cake.

In October, I will attend a dancing class.

A way to make new friends.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.

  1. You’re a wise woman, dear Diana. This is a great example. And a dance class… amazing. I was taking an adult ballet class for adults until last year. But the beautiful teacher had a third child and had to call a pause. Perhaps again in a couple of years. Whatever kind of dance it is, I’m so sure you will love it. All the best. Blessings. Thanks for the post.
