1.  What did you have for lunch yesterday? I had a crackers, cheese, and ham. Although for dinner my husband made me a roast dinner (beef, gravy, Yorkshire puddings, carrots, and green beans).
2.  Did you have a dessert, and if so, what was it? Yes, a treacle pudding.
3.  Do you have a sweet tooth? Yes, even when I was with Slimming World, I couldn’t give up chocolate. Although some of the healthy options, probably aren’t as good as they seem. If you read the labels, they are still high in saturated fats.
4.  I read recently that a leading manufacturer has reduced the amount of cocoa in their chocolate biscuits, and it is now referred to as chocolate flavoured. Would you still buy such a product knowing that the chocolate actually isn’t? I wouldn’t eat it because I find it too artificial.

I am grateful for having a full cupboard, and never going hungry.
