Sharing is Caring

1. Would you like to have your own private jet?

No, but I wouldn’t mind going on the jet in Criminal Minds. An American series about a department in the FBI, who solve murders. Would love to have a talk with all the actors.

2. Would you like a chauffeur to drive you everywhere?

I would prefer to drive myself, although on long journeys my chauffeur is my husband.

3. Would you like to live on your own desert island?

I would prefer to be with my family, friends, and the chance to see other humans. I wouldn’t like being stuck with just myself.

4. Have you ever had anything made to measure (suit, dress, shoes etc)

Most of my clothes are from shops on the high street. The most I’ve ever spent on a dress was seventy pounds. It was my nieces wedding, and I hated spending so much on one posh frock. Although, I still have it in my wardrobe. I am going to Italy in a couple months. I am planning to treat myself to some new clothes. I can’t go somewhere that special and wear what I do at home.

Gratitude

I am grateful for my children, and their gift of my first holiday abroad. I am not nervous about the flight, and I can’t wait to be in the air and have the chance to have new memories.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.

  1. I’m with you, Diana. A desert island without family and friends would hold little joy for me. Italy is a wonderful first trip abroad! I can’t wait to see pictures of what you bring back, especially a full bag of story ideas. 🙂
