Fear
trauma
pressures we
think we have beat
builds when negative
thoughts invade like armies
no room for silence they force
us to listen to our deep fears
until we find the light has always
thrived. Family and friends, let the hope survive.
So encouraging

Diana, “thoughts invade like armies” feels so heavy and real to me… and I love how you still guide the poem back toward hope at the end 🌤️
