1. I came, I saw, I………………………… sat on the beach sifting through sand for sea glass.

2. In for a penny, ………………………… and my collection of coins is now complete.

3. Many hands make……………………. beautiful cakes at a bake sale.

4. A stitch in time saves………………….. going to the shops to buy another sock.

5. Too many cooks………………………. but more than enough food.

6. A picture is worth a…………………… a grin from a loved one.

7. A bird in the hand…………………….. and I will feed the beautiful Robin seeds.

8. Don’t count your chickens …………… let them free instead.

9. It ain’t over until……………………….. the thin man warbles.

10. Fortune favours the …………………. fabulous fifties.
