With one nod, you will understand life can go on as planned. Spread one hundred grams of a grin and happiness will shine on in. A pinch of hope is all it takes to make fear put on the brakes.

Mix in friendship, family too, and it is an extra layer of you. Add a sprinkle of honesty and you will share a fan or three. Serve with hope and a tea in a mug, and on this delicious meal you will chug.
