Outer strength is a mask we wear
on our face with a fragile grin
It is easier to give advice when
others find it difficult to breathe.
Inner fear betrays our wisdom
We are afraid to trust our thoughts
Family and friends left in the dark
Until we share, it is impossible to deal.
Be faithful to our hopes and dreams and we can heal.
Very well said 👍

The line about how ‘it is easier to give advice when others find it difficult to breathe’ cuts right to the heart of human connection. We can’t truly help until we’re honest about our own struggles.

I agree, and we are guilty of that.
