In a bid to redeem her actions, Stephanie walked inside the room. She was meant to be on a diet, but had eaten her own body weight in cakes – that was only on the first day. Today she was good and only ate vegetables and fruit. She looked at her fellow slimmer’s and wondered if they would lose weight this week. Her shoes, belt, and jumper taken off – Stephanie stepped on the scales. She smiled as a two pound loss was written down.
