Why Do I Blog?

Why do I blog?

Initially it was used as a way to market my book ”It Won’t Happen Again”, but now I blog for a variety of reasons.

I take part in word prompts, and I am inspired by other writers who do the same. The only problem is I’m not editing my book when I should. I am too engrossed in posting a new short story or poem, instead of writing one. I’m still writing, but not on something I need to finish.

Connecting with other writers is a brilliant experience. We learn off each other, and I have read some beautiful short stories, poems and novels snippets. So all of the above is why I blog.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
