Go Swim with the Fishes

In your opinion, is it better to be a big fish in a small pond or a small fish in a big pond? Or perhaps a big fish in a big pond? Why do you feel that way?

This is a question from Fandango.

I think I would rather be a small fish in a big pond because I reckon I would be in better company. There would be plenty of other little fish and we could make waves together to show the big fish a thing or two.

I admit it feels like we are swimming around in circles at times, but there are days when progress is made and we swim closer to the edge with a little help from our friends.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
