Presents All Wrapped in a Bow

All the presents, and all the bows were carefully put back in the box for next year. It was her own way of trying to save the planet. Plastic covered paper, which would never degrade. Next year they would be re-used, but for now they would be put in her own little Christmas box.

Two days had gone by in a flash, but the next year would be different. She would stop worrying about things she couldn’t control, but take control of the things she could.

That would start with the gift she had received on Christmas day; the gift of flight. It wasn’t a parachute jump, but with a VR360 headset it would feel like she was flying. A jump without the risk, but all the fun.

She was loved, and this fake parachute jump was just what she needed.
