Truthfully, how much faith do you have in the new versions of Covid that keep appearing?
I think COVID is here for years to come, and we need to live with it. So many other diseases are being put to second best because of COVID. Cancer, heart disease, diabetes and many others need to be urgently addressed.
Do you think they’ll eventually become something we accept just like we do influenza?
It already has, people are less influenced by it than a year ago. The streets were as busy during this Christmas than any in previous years. The flu can kill just as COVID can.
Or do you think there’s possible a real cure ‘out there’?
There hasn’t been a cure for flu, so I don’t think there will be for this. If anything, something than can lessen the severity. Like we have with flu treatment now, it can reduce temperature, and help with sleep.
Alternatively if you think Covid is a lot of tosh, feel free to share your opinion and reasons why.
COVID is real, like it or not. I knew someone in my family, who nearly lost their life because of it. He was thirty two and had no underlying health issues. However, I don’t understand how some people seem immune to it. I myself have worked in a school for two years and haven’t caught anything. However I could have before COVID was even a pandemic. We won’t really know for sure, but just ignoring the situation won’t make it go away.
