When man finally set foot on the moon, the famous line, one small step for man, and one giant leap for mankind. When we landed on the moon, there were many who thought we would be travelling to Mars by now. We have, of sorts, but we haven’t got the transport which would take less than .
Anyone going on the momentous journey wouldn’t be able to come back. When my granddaughter is my age, perhaps they will have invented something to get there and perhaps even colonise the planet the human life span.
We may have to find a way to travel past the speed of light. If we don’t try and at least reverse the damage we have already done to our own planet. I think Mars probably held life once. There was some sort of water from the small craters, but we will never know for sure.
I like watching things like Doctor Who, watching fictional aliens from other planets. I do believe something else is out there. There are billions of stars and it is highly probably there are different life forms from the planets that surround them. Probably far ahead of our little planet and able to watch us fumble with our limited technology.
They won’t see us as any threat, because to them we are a tiny atom of humanity.
