Forgetful me – Never

I forget where I put my glasses on a regular basis. I have three pairs in total and all of them are cheap reading glasses from the pound shop. They do the job and I can see well with them on. I am as blind as a mole without them.

I can see long distance, but not short distance.

The trouble is I put them down, rush off to do another job, then totally forget where I put them. The last time I lost my glasses, I brought a new pair, only to find the ones I lost on a black tool box in the kitchen.

I probably forget other things too.

Most of my appointments I will remember, but the last dentist appointment I forgot. Hopefully I won’t forget to take my car down to the garage tomorrow. I certainly won’t forget how much it will cost.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
