#FPQ – Where Will I Be?

Fandango asks, where will we be in five years.

In five years I will be over sixty, and cannot see me working where I am past that age. I have a really good pension from when I worked at Royal Mail, when I reach 60. I would like to be able to retire, and concentrate on what makes me happy.

I would like to travel the world with my husband and do the things we couldn’t do when we were working. I might have to wait though, as I will still have my dog, and he won’t be able to go with us. My granddaughter will be nearly eight years old, and I wouldn’t want to miss her growing up.

I could be a world famous author, with a few more plays under my belt. I could have written a best selling novel. I could be anything I want to be. I don’t want to look too far ahead though. Life has a habit of changing your plans, so I’m living one day at a time.

We don’t know what to expect, but if we give life our all, then there will be no regrets.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
