what gives you the most satisfaction? Starting something new, putting time into a pet project, or finally being able to push a completed project into the “done” pile?

Finishing a project gives me the most satisfaction because I have achieved something I can be proud of. When I wrote my novel, after making all the necessary edits, and self publishing last April, I proved to myself I was capable of writing a novel.

When I saw the reviews, even if sales were low, it also made me proud. I might not ever earn money from my writing, but at least I know I am going in the right direction.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
