Short

Short

Life is short, but the world keeps on turning.

Live each day, as though you are searching,

for another smile, another grin, for another

adventure to begin.

Life is short, but the world keeps on breathing,

Live each day, as though you are yearning,

for another memory, in another time, for another

adventure in your production line.

Life is short, but the world keeps on watching,

Live each day, as though you are rushing,

for another day, another wish, for another

adventure in your dish.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.

  1. A great philosophy to live by, Diana. Apologies for the lateness of this reply – I found it in the Spam folder!
