My submission is now live on darkwinterlit.com and https://www.facebook.com/DarkWinterLiteraryMagazine. I found this amazing site, when another author got their work published there. I wrote my submission ”The Deer” in 2020, unfortunately because of COVID, we weren’t able to have them performed. It was originally a play, but has been rewritten as a piece of prose.
It is in the viewpoint of a soldier suffering from PTSD and my first attempt at writing from the viewpoint of a male perspective. With the help of Ryan, our tutor at the playwright group, we created our plays. Last year I was lucky enough to have another play ”The Kingswood Beast” performed by actors and if you go to the Corby Cube and follow their links you will be able to find a digital copy of my play, and four other writer’s, to view. Originally it was played on VR360 headsets.
I thoroughly enjoyed writing plays, and I am looking forward to writing more in the future.
Wow I didn’t realize you’re a playwright! That’s simply amazing. I hope you’re very proud of your work! It would be something to see your writing performed as a play.

It was an amazing thing to be part of, going through the whole process of writing, editing, and getting it ready for filming. I hope they do another one soon. Even better because it was my first commissioned work.
