A Day of Curious Training

‘What’s a little chaos?’ Tom said, as he sent an email to all his staff.

‘Don’t you think it’s a little weird, dressing in costumes and doing an obstacle race. I mean, I have difficulty walking from my desk to the restaurant, can’t I sit this one out. I mean literally, sit this one out.’

‘We’re all out of shape, stuck behind our desks all day, we need to add a bit of chaos to our lives. We complete customer’s accounts, day in, day out. I want to add some variety to our day. Don’t you remember it’s a knockout?’

‘I reckon Tom will knock you out when he sees this email. He hates sports, in fact, he’s never worn trainers in his life.’

‘So, we need to start, I mean aren’t you curious about a day away from the office. I’m not a total idiot, I’ll offer a few drinks at the pub afterwards. I just thought it would be a laugh. I’m not the fittest person here either, but we need life training.’

‘Still think you’re a little mad, but what sort of drinks are we talking?’

‘There’s a pub called the Dog and Duck nearby, and I’ll buy you all a couple of drinks of your choice. Go on Valerie, you can do this. Just think, you can have a laugh at me in a tracksuit.’

‘Now, that’s true.’
