Got The Collywobbles

‘I can’t go to school, my tummy has the collywobbles,’ David said, refusing to get out of bed.

‘Maybe if you have some breakfast, that will help.’

David thought about the bleep test at school, didn’t want to do all that running. 42

‘I don’t think anything will help Mummy. Can I stay here?’

‘Not today, but after school we can get ice-cream.’

‘Okay Mummy, I’ll get up.’
