Anyone, who suffers with migraines, understands the eternal pain that goes with it. Sometimes, like today, I get warning. Although without any pain killers I didn’t quite manage to get to it before the sick sensations in the stomach, throbbing headache, and light headedness that caused everything to merge. Thankfully, a work friend gave me some paracetamol.

I was in the dark when I got home from work.

It feels a lot easier now, but the lights seem extra bright.
