Sarah was sitting here so long, waiting for inspiration to strike the keyboard, but nothing. She pondered on why it is so difficult to just write one line. The delete button was used so much, it should have malfunctioned hours before.
Her hand tapped her chin, trying to find a word that would help with her story. She hated everything she was writing. It didn’t make sense, her bones ached with the frustration of being an author when you had nothing to say.
Coffee, that’s what she needed, and lots of it.
Although she needed to go to the kitchen to do it, and there were many other things to do. There was the washing, the cleaning, and dinner to cook. Take-out? Maybe that would help with her words, that Uber Eat lady loved to chat, maybe that would spark an idea.
Scrolling on her phone, she selected KFC, with beans, chips, a cookie, and a diet coke – after all she was on a diet.
Gotta wash it down with something!

You are simply brilliant! Okay? Don’t let anyone tell you differently. That was an amazing post. They way your narrative totally matched the photo was spot on. Well done! I’m just so glad that I discovered you in the crazy morass that is the Internet. ✌🏽
