Daily Brushing

A provocative question from https://fivedotoh.com/2022/12/14/fandangos-provocative-question-194/

When was the last time you replaced your toothbrush with a new one? Do you have a regular schedule for getting a new toothbrush? Or like me, do you wait until you notice that it’s seriously frayed to start thinking about replacing it?

Last year I went to my dentist appointment, and was told my gums were red, and swollen, due to plaque around the gums. I always thought I cleaned my teeth well. They suggested I get an electric toothbrush, and the difference was immense.

The gums were less enflamed, my teeth felt fresh, and on my last appointment they were happier. No need to have them cleaned by the dentist. The toothbrush uses more pressure without any effort.

I need to go to the dentist, but that will have to wait until the new year. At least I know I am doing my best to keep my teeth in good condition. My gums bled when I brushed my teeth, now they don’t, and hopefully they will agree

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
