Do you try more to be original or to deliver to readers what they want? My blog isn’t all that original. When I write it is either for a word prompt, or sometimes a book review.
Do you recover well from setbacks to your plans? I brush myself down, and start again. Although there are times when you have to take some breathing space. Most of my plans never go right, but giving up isn’t what I can do.
How did you meet your other half?
On a blind date. My mum’s friend, at a kitchen where she worked, asked if I wanted to go to the pub. I had been let down before, and wasn’t going there for any other reason than a night out. Three months later we were engaged.
What was your very first paid job/employment?
I was a typist, earning thirty pounds a week. I got sacked after a month because I was making too many errors.
What Do You Prefer: Fruits or Vegetables?
Fruit.
How open to new experiences and adventures are you?
I like new adventures, but only if I have a secure mind of where it is going to go.
Are you afraid or confident to speak your mind?
I tend to be afraid, in person, probably because I was bullied as a child. I don’t like confrontations of any kind.
Does writing energize or exhaust you?
It depends on the day, sometimes I come away from the page, thinking I have written something brilliant. Other days I look at what I have written and think why did I write that?
What do you think the best pizza topping is?
My favourite topping is ham and pineapple.
Ditto on the pizza with mushrooms thrown in

I never used to be a fan of mushrooms, but they aren’t too bad.
