Bucket and Cloth

This week from https://girlieontheedge1.wordpress.com/2023/04/09/sundays-six-sentence-story-word-prompt-257/

Toby had many jobs over the years.

When he was in university he worked as a valet, although that wasn’t quite his role. More like he stood at the kerbside with a bucket and a cloth, asking if they wanted their window screens washed. It wasn’t the greatest job.

Although he did meet his wife, the Lady of the manor, in her chauffer driven Jaguar.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
