Novalunosis – The state of relaxation and wonderment when gazing at the stars at night.
I haven’t posted for a week, I have been on my holidays with my grown up children, grandchildren and hubby to Yorkshire for a week. It has been a busy week, moving from one activity to the other. We do like an arcade, and the two pence machines. It is weird, but we get excited about winning tickets and small toys, which we only ever look at once.
We painted pottery, visited the abbey at Whitby, went on a pirate cruise, visited many shops, ate too much chocolate, biscuits, scones ect. Played board games, went hunting for sea shells. Our dogs went on long, leadless walks on the beach. We visited York, and walked down the street, which inspired Diagon Alley.
My novalunosis was when we went to Sea life, they are not quite stars, but there is something relaxing when looking at fish, and the calm way they move around, not rushing from one place to another, just living, eating and moving on. As human beings we always search for more, but they are content with life.
Life is for living.

Beautiful photos, and am glad to hear you had a lovely time in York.
