Barbed wire mind
constantly giving unwanted feedback,
shaping thoughts into a minefield of
self destruction. Worry, fear, a sense of
foreboding, always there . . .
Yet!
We can change our view,
give ourselves a chance of survival;
Focus on the things, which make us happy.
A walk in the park, laughing with family,
our togetherness will shine through, because
being part of the bigger picture, we can
achieve our dreams and
be proud of who we are.
