No Worries

The Sunday Poser this week is asking if we have any worries.

For myself, I do not worry because I am nearly sixty and as long as I look after myself, I have at least twenty more years in me, so I let my concerns slide.

My fears are for my granddaughter, when she grows up, and how manipulative everything is going to be.

There are algorithms everywhere you are online; Twitter (X), Facebook, Instagram and even Word Press and what we see designed to spread the same ideals.

Saying that, being human, we are built to survive.

She is bright, and there are others in her generation, who are also clever, so it isn’t so much about worrying about the future, but about teaching our children the right way to make a difference and hopefully reverse previous mistakes.

I am a fifty something mother of two grown up children, and one beautiful grandchild. I have been married for nearly thirty-four years. My first book was published ten years ago. I wrote my book Sticks and Stones because of my experience of being bullied at school.
