Routine

I sleep fairly well.

It is helpful to have a routine, and avoid caffeine at night. Although I don’t always get that right.

During the last few weeks, it is difficult to drift off, because of the humidity in the air. I like a cover over me, and couldn’t because it was too hot. I rest on the quilt.

Not going on mobiles is one piece of advice I would give, because the blue screen fools you into thinking it is light not dark.

  1. I also want a cover, even if it’s a light sheet. I often have trouble falling asleep and am guilty of too much screen time, too close to bed. Have been working on it!
